i find it really hard to see plants auras! i am starting to get pretty good at seeing peoples auras. What i think you should do is get a friend to stand up against a white wall. Try and defocus your eyes and look at their head. This is where the aura tends to be the strongest. It takes a lot of practice, but once you have it down you will be glad you did! also, if you dont have a friend around (i didnt) look in the mirror, with a white wall behind you (and it doesnt have to be white, but it should be a plain color. white is the best though!) do the same, but look at your head. Once my brother had just woken up and i looked at him for a split-second. I then saw a powerful orange aura. It is easiest to see auras when you are not paying much attention (just like spirits). Let me know if this helps!

P.S. There is a website that has helpful exercises that help in seeing auras. To be able to see auras, you need to get your left and right brain to work together. The exercises on this website really help. I cant remember the name, but ill look it up.

My boyfriend always says he's cold but to me he eminates this heat that sometimes spreads to me. I guess that could be a kind of aura. huh?

I tried very briefly with a plant that I brought back from my camping trip and I think I saw an aura. It was sort of faint but I think I saw a bit of a glow or shimmer coming off the plant, it was like looking over something hot and having the heat mess with what you are looking at (if that makes any sense to you guys). I didn't notice any colours. I will certainly keep practicing and I'll try on a friend like Crys suggested thankies, I'll definately check out the site too

After doing consentration exercise 2 a bagillion times I decided to try my plant again and oh my goddess I could definately see it! I saw a white line outlining the plant
