go by what you feel. an empath truly feels the emotion, as if they were feeling it instead of someone else. it takes practice to be able to tell if its your emotion or someone elses

Yeah that's how it is for me... It's so real... One time this one person was really depressed and I came to school like super hyped up and then when I was hanging out with her I was feeling super depressed.. At one point I felt like I was gunna cry...

lol its cool (: I can do alot of things, that I'm still just finding out.... okay well this is what I was gunna tell you... It's just one thing that I think is cool
Okay if I touch your hands and I tell you to focus on a feeling I can tell you what you feeling your focusing on because I will either get the feeling on it or I will get images of it... And I'm working on colors (: I'm getting good at it

I do that by looking in peoples eyes. if its a color I see the color or I see the emotion

Thats cool (: I have to close my eyes and concentrate...

I just have the person think about it and while they are thinking I keep eye contact and neither person can blink and then I see the answer

its different for everyone, just use what comes naturally to you
