that reminds me of my cousin. he is only a month younger than me, but he acts like a little kid. i have no mental problems so it really makes me appreciate the gift i was given. :)

yeah it rly does make u appreciate what you have when you have someone close to you that has problems like that. both my lil bro nd my lil sis do

During some sports days in elementary school the special ed supervisor would ask me to watch one of the special ed students.

I had to do it in 4th grade a little bit in 5th grade...

there were 2 kids in my class and I always volunteered to work with them knowing no one else would. it feels good to help out people that can't always help themselves. it really made me appreciate what I have.

Yes I know same here (: And the thing I noticed most is that there like anybody else which I think people should definetly understand

they really are, they just need some help but once you get to know them they can be really cool, just like anyone else. (:

more people should take the time to help them, maybe then they would stop saying thats so retarded, its rude and not fair to people that have a mental disability

I occasionaly do but I never mean it as a dis on the mentaly disabled. I hate it too but it's a form of expresion that I haven't seemed to drop yet. Like a way to get a point across

if you think stupid school guys are bad then you should hear my dad and brother. they think being gay is a disease and its something people should be ashamed of. that annoys me because to be honest I might be bi, I don't even know and I am afraid of what they will think, its bad enough having them hate I'm Wiccan. I mean I think I am straight, but I'm at the point where I am not sure, and it annoys me when I hear those expressions.

Yeah I know. My step dad isn't homophoboc or anything but he is racist (sometimes) he has a few racist sort of jokes and it bothers me. My dad I think is scared of the fact that my brother might be gay, and my dad probably doens't like the fact the I dress in a fairly guyish manner, with a faux hawk mullet. And I don't know what he'd say about me being bi, or well bi-curious at least. Maybe he's just concerned about the family name carrying on or blah blah so it wouldn't matter with me as much as my bro. And my dad always called us retarded and other names like that as kids and now my sister believes nothing but that. That she's stupid, retarded, worthless, blah blah

my life is like yours Chantal. my dad says that stuff to my brother (but there is no way he is gay, he has no sense of style all he weres are sports jerseys and shorts. he refuses to even wear jeans) and me. he says we are stupid and retarded. when I talk about singing or acting and how I want to become one all my dad says is you'll never get it you're not good enough. my dad is not open to anything. he hates everyone who is not like him.
